We have completed the Environmental Assessment (EA) Terms of Reference (ToR) Draft and the Preliminary Record of Consultation for the Future of the Gardiner East: EA and Integrated Urban Design Study.

The EA Terms of Reference Draft has been approved. The ToR is the first step in the EA process. It sets out the framework for the planning and decision making process to be followed during the preparation of the EA. The ToR is essentially a work plan for what is going to be studied during the EA.
